Lecture at University of Michigan 'The Road To Wonderland'
Kiki will take part in the Penny Stamps Distinguished Speaker Series at the University of Michigan School of Art & Design.
Established with the generous support of alumna Penny W. Stamps, the Speaker Series brings respected innovators from a broad spectrum of fields to the School to conduct a public lecture and engage with students, faculty, and the larger University and Ann Arbor communities.
Kiki's lecture will take place on the 5th of Februari with the title 'The Road To Wonderland' in which she gives an inside look in the way she works and thinks and tells about her design process.
"Very often I feel as if I'm Alice in Wonderland. Something wonderful attracts my attention, activates my curiosity and it leads to a new adventure, a new project.
It's as if I jump after the white rabbit in a tunnel without asking myself how to get out again. I'll see how it ends... I act without fear and look at each new project as an exotic journey."
The program will start on the 5th of Februari at 5:10 pm at the historic Michigan Theater, located at 603 E. Liberty Street in downtown Ann Arbor, and are free of charge and open to the public.
